Saint Mary's Church Hall is available to hire upon request. The Hall Manager is appointed by the Parish Priest as his delegate to ensure the proper and safe hiring of the hall to users. The Hall is available for Birthday Parties, Baptism parties, and meetings, and by permission of the Parish Priest it can be hired for certain charity fundraising events provided they're not politically motivated.
To hire the hall, please use the Hall email address which you will find under 'Contacts' above, to contact the hall manager, giving details of what you are hiring the hall for, the date and time you would like to hire the hall. Please be aware that the hall may not be available on the day or times you want, therefore it would be advisable to have an alternative date or time should the time you want not be available.
In order to hire the hall, there is an agreement made between yourself and the Parish as instructed by the Archdiocese of Birmingham. You will need to agree and sign a Contract which lists what is allowed and not allowed by the terms of the agreement. Please note that keys will not be given out and the hall will be opened and closed by the hall manager.
